Life happens, even when we have hair appointments to get to. I aim to provide the best possible scheduling to my guests, specifically reserving each appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me, please let me know 24 hours in advance so that I can offer that time to another guest. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will reschedule it with a 50% non-refundable down payment to hold any future appointments.
